About the role

Experienced Customer Success Coach to train clients aiming to break into or advance in customer success, deliver coaching on core CS strategies, onboarding, relationship management, retention, satisfaction, and feedback analysis, with guidance on applying AI fundamentals and automation. Includes resume/LinkedIn/cover letter guidance, interview prep, networking, salary negotiation, and career strategy tailored to customer success roles. Coaches set own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with the team to deliver high-quality client experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Teach core customer success strategy, onboarding, and customer relationship management skills
  • Help clients strengthen customer retention, customer satisfaction, and customer feedback analysis practices
  • Guide clients on applying emerging tools like AI fundamentals and AI automation to CS work
  • Provide resume review, LinkedIn review, and cover letter guidance
  • Offer interview prep, networking strategy, salary negotiation, and promotion strategy tailored to CS roles
  • Support broader skill building for clients in customer success and related domains
  • Set own hours and rates, host sessions virtually
  • Collaborate with the internal team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in customer success (e.g., customer success manager, account manager, or relevant industry professional)
  • Strong track record of driving customer outcomes and retention
  • Clear, structured coaching approach for both technical and career growth
