About the role

Experienced dance coach to train dancers in technique, choreography, flexibility and conditioning, audition and performance preparation, stage presence, and competition strategy. Remote contract role with self-dcheduled hours and virtual sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Teach technique training, choreography, and flexibility and conditioning to dancers
  • Guide dancers through audition prep and performance preparation
  • Help dancers build stage presence and develop competition strategy
  • Support dancers in growing their technique and confidence
  • Host sessions virtually and collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality, supportive experiences for every dancer

Qualifications

  • Professional or competitive dance experience
  • Prior experience judging dance competitions
  • Clear, structured approach to helping dancers grow technique and confidence
