About the role

Responsibilities

  • Teach core engineering design and CAD skills to clients
  • Help clients strengthen problem solving, technical skills, and research and development abilities
  • Guide clients through certification requirements, project management, and applying AI fundamentals and AI automation to engineering work
  • Provide career coaching: resume review, interview prep, networking strategy, salary negotiation, freelancing support
  • Partner with team to deliver high-quality, supportive experience for every client
  • Set own hours and rates, host sessions virtually

Qualifications

  • Hands-on engineering experience (as a practicing engineer, technical lead, or industry professional)
  • Strong track record of solving complex technical problems
  • Clear, structured coaching approach for technical and career growth
