About the role

Experienced cooking coach to help clients build cooking skills and pursue culinary careers. Responsibilities include teaching core techniques, knife skills, recipe development, meal planning, food safety, sanitation, and kitchen management. For clients pursuing culinary careers, provides resume reviews, interview prep, and networking strategy. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with the team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to build cooking skills and identify cooking goals
  • Teach core cooking techniques and knife skills
  • Develop recipes and plan meals
  • Cover food safety, sanitation, and kitchen management
  • Provide resume review, interview prep, and networking strategy for clients pursuing culinary careers
  • Set own hours and rates; host sessions virtually; collaborate with team to deliver high-quality coaching experience

Qualifications

  • Professional culinary experience
  • Prior coaching or teaching experience
  • Clear, structured approach to helping clients grow cooking skills and career
