About the role

Experienced healthcare administration coach to guide professionals in healthcare leadership and operations across operations, strategy, policy, technology, data analytics, marketing, patient care, risk management, compliance, accreditation, and leadership development. Includes career navigation support (resume, cover letters, LinkedIn, interview prep, networking, salary negotiation, freelancing, ongoing skill building). Remote contract role with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on healthcare operations, healthcare strategy, healthcare policy, healthcare technology, healthcare data analytics, healthcare marketing, patient care, risk management, compliance and accreditation, and leadership development.
  • Help clients navigate their career path with resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, networking strategy, salary negotiation, freelancing, and ongoing skill building.
  • Set own hours and rates; host sessions virtually; partner with team to deliver high-quality, supportive experience for every client.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on healthcare administration or leadership experience
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience
  • Clear, structured approach to helping clients grow both expertise and career
