About the role

Experienced foreign service & intelligence coach to guide professionals pursuing careers in diplomacy, national security, and intelligence. Provides guidance on policy, diplomacy, international law, counterterrorism, intelligence analysis, crisis management, strategic communications, and language proficiency, plus career development support.

Responsibilities

  • Guidance on foreign policy, diplomacy, international law, counterterrorism, intelligence analysis, crisis management, and strategic communications.
  • Language proficiency development aligned with regional or role requirements.
  • Career-path navigation for clients including resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, networking strategy, salary negotiation, freelancing, and ongoing skill building.
  • One-on-one coaching sessions conducted virtually, with coaches setting their own hours and rates.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in foreign service, intelligence, or national security roles.
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
  • Clear, structured approach to helping clients break into and grow within the field.
