About the role

Experienced art coach to help clients explore and grow artistic skills for personal enjoyment, including drawing and painting techniques, color theory, composition, and working with different mediums. Focus on ongoing skill-building and helping clients develop their artistic voice.

Responsibilities

  • Provide art coaching to clients remotely
  • Teach drawing and painting techniques, color theory and composition
  • Work with different art mediums
  • Help clients discover styles and mediums that resonate with them
  • Help clients build skills over time to grow confidence and creativity
  • Set own hours and rates, host sessions virtually
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for each client

Qualifications

  • Extensive personal or professional art experience
  • Prior coaching or teaching experience
  • Clear, structured approach to helping clients develop artistic voice
