About the role

Experienced coach helping professionals grow their personal brand, build thriving practice, and develop skills in personal branding, public speaking, communication, goal setting, accountability, time management, business development, marketing, client relations, leadership, and AI fundamentals.

Responsibilities

  • Help clients with personal branding, public speaking, and communication skills
  • Assist with goal setting, accountability, and time management to stay on track
  • Guide clients through business development strategy, marketing strategy, and client relationship management
  • Support leadership development and help clients build fluency in AI fundamentals and AI automation
  • Partner with Leland team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client
  • Set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience building a business or personal brand as a recognized expert
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience
  • Clear, structured approach to helping clients turn expertise into impact
