About the role

An experienced Dating Coach to work with clients on dating goals, relationship development, profile optimization, messaging strategy, date planning, and post-date analysis. Remote contract position with self-set hours and rates.

Responsibilities

  • Help clients explore dating goals and identify relationship goals
  • Build clients' confidence and conversation skills
  • Review and optimize dating profiles
  • Develop messaging strategy
  • Plan and prepare for dates
  • Conduct post-date debrief and analysis to facilitate learning and growth
  • Provide a high-quality, supportive coaching experience in a virtual setting
  • Partner with the team to deliver services to clients

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience coaching others through dating and relationships (dating coach, matchmaker, or related professional)
  • Strong understanding of modern dating dynamics
  • Clear, structured approach to helping clients build confidence and real connection
