About the role

Experienced E-Commerce & DTC Coach to teach core e-commerce strategy, direct-to-consumer marketing, and brand development while guiding clients on platform management, optimization, and AI-enabled approaches. Includes career coaching and freelancing support; flexible hours; remote contract role.

Responsibilities

  • Teach core e-commerce strategy, direct-to-consumer marketing, and brand development skills
  • Help clients manage e-commerce platforms and optimize product listings and conversion rates
  • Guide clients on customer acquisition, customer retention, digital marketing, SEO for e-commerce, market research, and fulfillment & logistics
  • Apply emerging tools like AI fundamentals and AI automation to e-commerce work
  • Provide resume review, LinkedIn review, and cover letter guidance, plus interview prep, networking strategy, salary negotiation, and broader skill building
  • Support clients pursuing freelancing opportunities
  • Set own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with the team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client
  • Ideal candidates have hands-on e-commerce/DTC experience and a track record of driving growth for online brands
  • Deliver coaching with a structured approach covering technical and career growth

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in e-commerce or DTC (as a founder, e-commerce manager, or industry professional)
  • Strong track record of driving growth for online brands
  • Clear, structured approach to coaching clients through technical and career growth
