About the role

Experienced insurance coach to guide professionals in growing their careers in the insurance industry, covering insurance strategy, underwriting, actuarial analysis, policy development, claims management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, risk management, insurance sales, customer acquisition, and client relationship management. Includes resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, networking, salary negotiation, freelancing, and ongoing skill building. Coaches set their own hours and rates and deliver sessions virtually.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on insurance strategy, underwriting, actuarial analysis, policy development, claims management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
  • Offer guidance on insurance sales, customer acquisition, and client relationship management.
  • Assist clients with career development: resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview preparation, networking strategy, salary negotiation, freelancing, and ongoing skill building.
  • Set own hours and rates; host sessions virtually; partner with internal team to deliver high-quality coaching.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on insurance industry experience
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience
  • Clear, structured approach to helping clients grow in expertise and career
