About the role

Experienced Dental Hygienist Coach needed to work with clients seeking to break into or grow within the dental hygiene field. Responsibilities include teaching core skills in dental cleanings, patient care, and oral health education, guiding clients through certification requirements, and supporting career development (resume review, interview prep, networking strategy, and salary negotiation) tailored to dental hygiene roles.

Responsibilities

  • Teach core skills in dental cleanings, patient care, and oral health education
  • Guide clients through dental hygiene certification requirements
  • Support clients on career development (resume review, interview prep, networking strategy, salary negotiation) tailored to dental hygiene roles
  • Provide coaching for both technical and career growth
  • Host sessions virtually and coordinate with team to deliver high-quality, supportive experience for clients
  • Set own hours and rates

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience as a dental hygienist or in dental education (practicing hygienist, clinical instructor, or industry professional)
  • Strong understanding of patient care best practices
  • Clear, structured approach to coaching clients through technical and career growth
