About the role

Experienced sorority and fraternity admissions coach to guide students through recruitment, rush strategy, chapter selection, resume and interview prep, social media review, letters of recommendation, and presentation etiquette. Remote contract role with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

  • Guide students through rush strategy and chapter selection
  • Provide resume review and conversation and interview prep for recruitment events
  • Review and optimize students' social media presence to align with goals
  • Coordinate letters of recommendation
  • Coach students on presentation and etiquette throughout the recruitment process
  • Leverage firsthand Greek life recruitment experience to support students
  • Host sessions virtually and set own hours and rates

Qualifications

  • Firsthand experience with Greek life recruitment
  • Prior advising or coaching experience
  • Clear, structured approach to helping students navigate recruitment with confidence
