About the role

Experienced Cybersecurity Coach to teach core cybersecurity skills and provide career guidance to clients pursuing or growing within cybersecurity roles. remote contract role with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

  • Teach core cyber security strategy, network security, and incident response skills
  • Help clients build risk assessment, security auditing, and vulnerability management practices
  • Offer resume review, LinkedIn review, and cover letter guidance
  • Provide behavioral and technical interview prep tailored to cybersecurity roles
  • Support networking strategy, salary negotiation, promotion strategy, broader skill building, and freelancing guidance
  • Host sessions virtually
  • Set own hours and rates
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in cybersecurity (as a security analyst, engineer, or industry professional)
  • Strong track record of protecting systems and responding to threats
  • Clear, structured coaching approach for both technical and career growth
