About the role

Experienced esports & gaming coach to work with players and content creators on competitive skills, personal branding, and career development within an AI-native environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide player development and esports coaching to sharpen in-game strategy and skill building.
  • Offer guidance on streaming strategy, social media strategy, audience engagement, and tournament & event planning.
  • Assist clients with business aspects of gaming careers, including brand partnerships, freelancing, and networking strategy.
  • Provide broader career support such as resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, and salary negotiation.
  • Set own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and collaborate with the team to deliver a high-quality, supportive client experience.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on esports coaching or competitive playing experience.
  • Strong grasp of the gaming industry and creator economy.
  • Clear, structured approach to helping clients grow both their game and their career.
