About the role

Experienced game development coach to guide aspiring and current game developers in design, development, testing, monetization, and career growth. Flexible, remote contracting role with client-focused coaching, session delivery, and career support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on game design, game development, game testing, and game monetization.
  • Develop promotion strategy for launching and growing a title.
  • Assist clients with career navigation including resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, behavioral interview prep, technical interview prep, networking strategy, salary negotiation, freelancing, and ongoing skill building.
  • Set own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with the team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on game development or design experience
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience
  • Clear, structured approach to helping clients grow craft and career
