About the role

Experienced human resources coach helping professionals grow their careers in HR through guidance on HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and AI fundamentals/automation. Includes resume/LinkedIn review, interview prep, networking, promotion strategy, salary negotiation, freelancing, and ongoing skill building.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Help clients build fluency in AI fundamentals and AI automation to work smarter.
  • Offer resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, behavioral interview prep, networking strategy, promotion strategy, and salary negotiation guidance.
  • Support freelancing pathways and ongoing skill development for clients.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on HR or people operations experience
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience
  • Clear, structured approach to helping clients grow their expertise and career.
