About the role

Experienced general management coach to work with managers and rising leaders on change management, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, ethical leadership, innovation and creativity, problem solving, time management, and AI fundamentals/automation. Also supports clients' career growth through resume review, LinkedIn review, and networking strategy. Remote contract role with self-set hours and rates.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor on change management, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, ethical leadership, innovation and creativity, problem solving, and time management.
  • Help clients build fluency in AI fundamentals and AI automation to work smarter.
  • Support clients' career growth through resume review, LinkedIn review, and networking strategy.
  • Operate sessions virtually and deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on management or leadership experience
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience
  • Clear, structured approach to helping clients navigate complex organizational challenges
