About the role

Experienced Dentist and Dental Practice Coach to guide clients in clinical skills, treatment planning, surgical procedures, and dental practice management, while also offering career coaching (resume review, interview prep, networking, salary negotiation) tailored to dental professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Teach core skills in patient care, treatment planning, and surgical procedures; guide clients through specialties and certification requirements.
  • Support clients navigating purchasing a dental practice and understanding oral health education best practices for patients.
  • Provide career coaching including resume review, interview preparation, networking strategy, and salary negotiation tailored to dental professionals.
  • Host sessions virtually; set own hours and rates; collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality, supportive client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience as a practicing dentist or dental practice owner (as a dentist, practice consultant, or industry professional).
  • Strong understanding of both clinical care and practice management.
  • Clear, structured approach to coaching clients through technical and career growth.
