Responsibilities

  • Guiding athletes through career transition and job search strategies
  • Building leadership development and personal branding for life after competition
  • Supporting professional networking, resume review, and interview prep
  • Providing financial planning guidance and continued endorsement and sponsorship strategy
  • Setting own hours and rates; hosting sessions virtually; partnering with the team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience

Qualifications

  • Professional or elite athletic experience
  • Prior mentoring experience
  • Clear, structured approach to translating athletic skills and identity into a new career path
