About the role

Experienced ministry coach to help individuals grow skills and careers in ministry and faith leadership, including spiritual leadership, public speaking, counseling & support, conflict resolution, interfaith dialogue, community outreach, administration, and career navigation (resume, LinkedIn, interview prep, networking, compensation, freelancing).

Responsibilities

  • Guidance on spiritual leadership, public speaking, counseling & support, conflict resolution, interfaith dialogue, community outreach, and administration
  • Help clients navigate career paths with resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, networking strategy, salary negotiation, freelancing, and ongoing skill building
  • Set own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, partner with team to deliver high-quality, supportive client experience
  • Ideal candidates have hands-on ministry or faith leadership experience, prior coaching/mentoring experience, and a structured approach to helping clients grow both expertise and calling
