About the role

Experienced sales operations professional who coaches students and professionals in sales operations, strategy, analytics, enablement, and training. Responsibilities include teaching core skills, account/territory management, CRM automation, AI applications in sales workflows, and career support (resume/LinkedIn/interview prep/salary negotiation). Contractors set their own hours and rates, hosting sessions virtually.

Responsibilities

  • Teach core skills in sales operations, sales strategy, sales analytics, sales enablement, and sales training
  • Cover account management, territory management, and customer relationship management
  • Guide students through CRM automation and applying AI fundamentals and AI automation to modern sales workflows
  • Provide career support including resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, and salary negotiation, as well as promotion strategy, networking strategy, and freelancing guidance
  • Set own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, collaborate with team to deliver high-quality coaching

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in sales operations
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience
  • Clear, structured approach to breaking down operational and strategic concepts
