About the role

Experienced pharmacist coach to teach core clinical skills in pharmaceutical knowledge, medication dispensing, and patient consultation, and to guide students through certification requirements and career development in pharmacy.

Responsibilities

  • Teaching core clinical skills in pharmaceutical knowledge, medication dispensing, and patient consultation.
  • Guiding students through certification requirements needed to practice.
  • Supporting career development activities including resume review, interview prep, salary negotiation, and networking strategy.
  • Setting own hours and rates, hosting sessions virtually, and partnering with the team to deliver a high-quality, supportive student experience.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience as a pharmacist
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience
  • Clear, structured approach to breaking down clinical and career topics
