About the role

Experienced nurse practitioner career coach to support NPs and NP students in building clinical practice and advancing careers, including clinical skills, certification guidance, and career development (resume review, interview prep, salary negotiation, networking).

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen core clinical skills in patient care, treatment planning, and prescribing medications.
  • Guide students through certification requirements.
  • Support career development activities: resume review, interview prep, salary negotiation, and networking strategy.
  • Host coaching sessions virtually and manage own hours and rates.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver high-quality, supportive experiences for students.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience as a nurse practitioner.
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
  • Clear, structured approach to breaking down clinical and career topics.
