Project Management Coach
About the role
Experienced project management coach to work with students and professionals building careers in project management, including those breaking into the industry. Teach core skills (project management, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, data analysis) and help students develop practical capabilities. Support career development (resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, salary negotiation, networking strategy, promotion strategy, freelancing). Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and collaborate with the team to deliver a high-quality experience.
Responsibilities
- Teach core skills in project management, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, and data analysis
- Help students build capabilities through consistent, practical skill building
- Support career side of the journey (resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, salary negotiation, networking strategy, promotion strategy, freelancing)
- Set own hours and rates
- Host sessions virtually
- Partner with the team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student
Qualifications
- Professional experience in project management
- Prior coaching or mentoring experience
- Clear, structured approach to breaking down operational and strategic concepts for newcomers and experienced professionals
