Responsibilities

  • Guide transitioning service members through career transition and job search strategies
  • Build leadership development and personal branding for the next chapter
  • Support professional networking
  • Review resumes and prepare for interviews
  • Assist with financial planning and navigating Veterans Affairs benefits
  • Host sessions virtually
  • Set own hours and rates in collaboration with the team

Qualifications

  • Firsthand military experience or experience supporting veterans through career transitions
  • Prior mentoring experience
  • Clear, structured approach to translating military skills into civilian career success
