About the role

Experienced international relations coach to guide professionals and students in global affairs, including policy, diplomacy, international law, trade, security, development, human rights, conflict resolution, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication, along with resume review, interview prep, networking, and skill-building.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on foreign policy, diplomacy, international law, international trade, global security, global development, human rights advocacy, conflict resolution, negotiation skills, and cross-cultural communication
  • Assist clients with career path navigation including resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, networking strategy, salary negotiation, freelancing, and ongoing skill building
  • Set own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality, supportive experiences for clients

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in international relations, diplomacy, or a related field
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience
  • Clear, structured approach to helping clients break into and grow within the field
