About the role

Experienced master's programs admissions coach to assist applicants with school selection, application strategy, essay development, resume refinement, interview preparation, letters of recommendation guidance, financial aid and scholarship navigation, waitlist strategy, and general exploration for clients considering graduate programs.

Responsibilities

  • Help clients with school selection and application strategy
  • Develop and edit essays
  • Refine resumes
  • Prepare clients for interviews
  • Guide letters of recommendation
  • Navigate financial aid & scholarships, secondary review, and waitlist strategy
  • Support general exploration for clients still narrowing down their program or path
  • Set own hours and rates; host sessions virtually; partner with the team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with the graduate admissions process
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience
  • Clear, structured approach to helping clients present their strongest candidacy
