About the role

Experienced public relations coach to teach PR strategy, media relations, crisis communications, brand management, and event planning while supporting students’ career development in PR and communications.

Responsibilities

  • Teaching core skills in PR strategy, media relations, crisis communications, brand management, and event planning
  • Helping students build capabilities through consistent, practical skill building
  • Supporting the career side of the journey including resume review, interview prep, salary negotiation, and networking strategy
  • Freelancing for those pursuing independent consulting work in the space
  • Host sessions virtually
  • Partner with the team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in public relations
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience
  • Clear, structured approach to breaking down strategic communications topics
