About the role

Experienced quantitative finance coach to work with students and professionals pursuing careers in quant finance, applying AI fundamentals and automation to modern quantitative workflows, and guiding candidates through the full career journey including resume, interview prep, salary and promotion strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Help students apply AI fundamentals and AI automation to modern quantitative workflows
  • Guide candidates through the full career journey: resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, behavioral interview prep, and technical interview prep
  • Support salary negotiation, promotion strategy, and networking strategy to help candidates land the right role and grow within the field
  • Set own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with the team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in quantitative finance
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience
  • Clear, structured approach to breaking down technical and career topics
