About the role

Experienced physical therapist coach to teach core clinical skills, guide certification requirements, and support career development for students and professionals pursuing careers in physical therapy. Flexible, remote contract role with self-set hours and rates.

Responsibilities

  • Teach core clinical skills in patient care, treatment planning, and rehabilitation techniques
  • Guide students through certification requirements to practice physical therapy
  • Support career development activities including resume review, interview prep, salary negotiation, and networking strategy
  • Host sessions virtually and deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver AI-native coaching in a remote environment
  • Set own hours and rates

Qualifications

  • Professional experience as a physical therapist
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience
  • Clear, structured approach to breaking down clinical and career topics
