About the role

Experienced risk and compliance professional coaching students and professionals in risk assessment, risk management, regulatory compliance, due diligence, and policy analysis, while also supporting career development (resume, cover letters, interview prep, salary and promotion strategies) and freelancing guidance. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and collaborate with the team to provide a high-quality coaching experience.

Responsibilities

  • Teach core skills in risk assessment, risk management, regulatory compliance, due diligence, and policy analysis
  • Help students build capabilities through consistent, practical skill building
  • Support career development: resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, behavioral interview prep, technical interview prep
  • Assist with salary negotiation, promotion strategy, and networking strategy
  • Provide guidance for freelancing and independent consulting work
  • Set own hours and rates
  • Host sessions virtually
  • Partner with the team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in risk and compliance
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience
  • Clear, structured approach to breaking down complex regulatory and strategic topics
