About the role

Experienced real estate coach to teach core real estate skills and support students’ career development in real estate, including investment, finance, development, property management, market analysis, and job-search strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Teach core skills in real estate investment, real estate finance, real estate development, property management, and market analysis
  • Help students build capabilities through consistent, practical skill building
  • Support career aspects: resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, salary negotiation
  • Provide promotion strategy and networking strategy to help students land the right role and grow professional network
  • Set own hours and rates; host sessions virtually; collaborate with team to deliver high-quality, supportive experience for every student

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in real estate
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience
  • Clear, structured approach to breaking down financial and strategic real estate concepts
