About the role

Experienced Equity Research Coach to teach core equity research strategy, financial analysis, valuation, and career guidance to clients buscando break into or advance in equity research roles. Remote contract position with flexible hours, virtual sessions, and client-facing coaching.

Responsibilities

  • Teaching core equity research strategy, financial analysis, and valuation skills.
  • Helping clients build strong industry research abilities and craft well-supported investment recommendations.
  • Providing resume review, LinkedIn review, and cover letter guidance.
  • Offering behavioral and technical interview prep tailored to equity research roles.
  • Providing networking strategy, salary negotiation, promotion strategy, broader skill building, and guidance for freelancing opportunities in the space.
  • Setting own hours and rates, hosting sessions virtually, and partnering with the team to deliver high-quality coaching.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in equity research (as a research analyst, associate, or industry professional)
  • Strong track record of evaluating companies and markets
  • Clear, structured coaching approach for technical and career growth
