About the role

Experienced psychologist coach to work with students and professionals pursuing careers in psychology. Includes teaching core clinical skills, guiding certification requirements, and supporting career development (resume review, interview prep, salary negotiation, networking). Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with the team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience.

Responsibilities

  • Teach core clinical skills in patient care, mental health assessment, therapy techniques, and treatment planning
  • Guide students through certification requirements needed to practice
  • Support the career side of the journey (resume review, interview prep, salary negotiation, networking strategy)
  • Provide high-quality, supportive coaching experience for every student
  • Set own hours and rates; host sessions virtually; collaborate with team to deliver services

Qualifications

  • Professional experience as a psychologist
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience
  • Clear, structured approach to breaking down clinical and career topics
