About the role

Experienced parenting coach to guide prospective and current parents through various stages of raising a family, including exploration and planning for those preparing to become parents, newborn/infant care, child development, behavior management, communication strategies, co-parenting, and work-life balance. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and collaborate with the team to provide a high-quality, supportive experience for every family.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general exploration and family planning guidance for prospective parents
  • Offer newborn and infant care guidance for early stages
  • Support current parents with child development and behavior management
  • Teach discipline techniques and communication strategies to strengthen parent-child relationships
  • Offer co-parenting guidance and work-life balance strategies
  • Set own hours and rates; host sessions virtually; collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality support

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in child development, family therapy, or parent coaching
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience
  • Clear, structured approach to helping parents feel confident at every stage
