About the role

Experienced therapist and therapy practice coach to guide students and professionals pursuing careers in therapy, teaching core clinical skills and guiding certification, while also supporting career development (resume review, interview prep, salary negotiation, networking).

Responsibilities

  • Teach core clinical skills in patient care, counseling, mental health assessment, therapy techniques, and treatment planning
  • Guide students through certification requirements needed to practice
  • Support career development activities including resume review, interview preparation, salary negotiation, and networking strategy
  • Set own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, partner with team to deliver high-quality, supportive experience for every student

Qualifications

  • Professional experience as a therapist
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience
  • Clear, structured approach to breaking down clinical and career topics
