About the role

Experienced wedding planning coach to teach core skills in event design, timeline and logistics management, vendor management, venue selection, budget planning, and client communication. Support the business side of the journey including marketing, branding, freelancing, and networking for independent wedding planning businesses. Flexible contract role with remote, self-determined hours and rates.

Responsibilities

  • Teach core skills in event design, timeline and logistics management, vendor management, and venue selection
  • Budget planning and client communication to deliver a seamless experience for every couple
  • Support the business side of the journey including marketing and branding, freelancing, and networking strategy for independent wedding planning business
  • Set own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with the team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student

Qualifications

  • Professional experience as a wedding planner
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience
  • Clear, structured approach to helping students grow craft and business
