About the role

Experienced technical program management coach role focusing on teaching core TPM skills, coaching on agile methods and stakeholder management, and supporting students’ career development in technical program management.

Responsibilities

  • Teach core skills in technical project management, agile methodology, scrum, stakeholder management, and resource allocation, as well as risk management and quality assurance.
  • Help students build capabilities through consistent, practical skill-building.
  • Support the career side of the journey (resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, salary negotiation, promotion strategy, networking strategy, and freelancing guidance).
  • Set own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with the team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in technical program management.
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
  • Clear, structured approach to breaking down complex technical and organizational concepts.
