About the role

Experienced physician and medical practice coach to work with medical students and physicians navigating training and career decisions, including residency planning, board certification, licensing, clinical knowledge on medications/treatment approaches, and career development support such as resume review, interview prep, salary negotiation, and networking strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Guide medical students and physicians through residency planning, board certification, and licensing requirements.
  • Build clinical knowledge around medications and treatment approaches used in practice.
  • Support the career side of the journey, including resume review, interview prep, salary negotiation, and networking strategy.
  • Host sessions virtually and set own hours and rates.
  • Partner with the team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience as a physician.
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
  • Clear, structured approach to breaking down clinical and career topics.
