About the role

Experienced web development coach to teach core web development skills and support career development for students and professionals, including frontend/backend, responsive design, web performance, and interview/preparation coaching. Flexible, contract-based remote role with own hours and rates.

Responsibilities

  • Teaching core skills in web development, frontend development, backend development, responsive design, and web performance optimization
  • Helping students build capabilities through consistent, practical skill building
  • Career support including resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, behavioral interview prep, and technical interview prep
  • Salary negotiation, promotion strategy, and networking strategy guidance
  • Freelancing guidance for independent work
  • Host sessions virtually
  • Partner with our team to deliver high-quality, supportive experience for every student

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in web development
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience
  • Clear, structured approach to breaking down complex technical concepts
