About the role

Experienced sales coach to work with students and professionals building careers in sales. Teach core B2B sales skills, apply AI-enabled sales workflows, and support career development (resume, cover letters, LinkedIn, interview prep, salary negotiation, promotion, networking, freelancing). Set own hours and rates; remote contract position.

Responsibilities

  • Teach core skills in B2B sales, sales strategy, closing techniques, negotiation skills, and presentation skills.
  • Guide students through CRM automation, outbound automation, and applying AI agents and AI fundamentals to modern sales workflows.
  • Support career side of the journey: resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, and salary negotiation, as well as promotion strategy, networking strategy, and freelancing for independent work.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in sales
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience
  • Clear, structured approach to breaking down tactical and strategic sales concepts
