About the role

Experienced management consulting coach to help professionals and aspiring consultants with case interviews, frameworks, AI fluency, and career development. Flexible hours, remote work, contract role.

Responsibilities

  • Case interview prep, case math, frameworks, presentations, and behavioral interview prep
  • Helping clients build fluency in AI fundamentals, AI strategy & plans development, AI deck building, and AI automation
  • Job search strategies, resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, networking strategy, promotion strategy, salary negotiation, general exploration, and ongoing skill building
  • Host sessions virtually and partner with the team to deliver high-quality, supportive experiences for every client

Qualifications

  • Hands-on management consulting experience
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience
  • Clear, structured approach to helping clients grow their expertise and career
