About the role

Experienced NCLEX tutor to work with nursing students across Physiological Integrity, Psychosocial Integrity, Health Promotion and Maintenance, and Safe and Effective Care Environment. Responsibilities include assessing starting point, creating tailored study plans, teaching core nursing concepts and test prep strategy, and helping students build clinical judgment, confidence, and pacing leading up to test day.

Responsibilities

  • Assess each student's starting point and create a tailored study plan.
  • Teach core nursing concepts alongside effective test prep strategy.
  • Help students build clinical judgment, confidence, and pacing leading up to test day.
  • Host sessions virtually.
  • Partner with the team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.

Qualifications

  • Strong nursing background
  • Prior tutoring or teaching experience
  • Clear, structured approach to breaking down complex clinical scenarios
