About the role

Experienced military coach to guide service members, veterans, and individuals aiming to break into a military career. Provides guidance on military strategy, training, combat tactics, leadership development, veterans affairs, and career navigation including resume review, interview prep, networking, salary negotiation, and ongoing skill building.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on military strategy, military training, combat tactics, and leadership development
  • Help clients navigate veterans affairs and their transition or career path
  • Resume review, interview preparation, networking strategy, and salary negotiation coaching
  • Support ongoing skill building and career growth for clients
  • Host sessions virtually and manage own hours and rates in coordination with the team

Qualifications

  • Hands-on military experience
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience
  • Clear, structured approach to helping clients grow their expertise and career
