About the role

Experienced interior design coach to work with clients on style discovery, mood board development, color and material selection, space planning, lighting design, furniture sourcing, budget planning, and renovation guidance. Includes coaching aspiring designers and delivering virtual sessions with flexible hours and rates.

Responsibilities

  • Help clients with style discovery & exploration
  • Develop mood boards & concept development
  • Assist with color & material selection
  • Plan room layout & space planning
  • Provide lighting design guidance
  • Source furniture & decor
  • Budget planning for projects
  • Renovation & remodel guidance for personal projects
  • Support aspiring designers in building skills and career direction
  • Support general exploration for clients discovering design goals or career direction
  • Host sessions virtually
  • Partner with the team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client

Qualifications

  • Hands-on interior design experience
  • Prior coaching or consulting experience
  • Clear, structured approach to helping clients bring their vision to life
