About the role

Experienced MBA admissions coach to assist applicants preparing to apply to business school with school selection, application strategy, essay/editing, resumes, interviews, recommendations, testing, financial aid, waitlist and other strategies. Remote contract role with flexible hours and rates.

Responsibilities

  • Help clients with school selection and application strategy, developing and editing essays, cover letters, resume, and supplementary materials
  • Prepare clients for interviews
  • Guide recommendations, and navigating testing & assessments, financial aid & scholarships, secondary review, ding analysis, waitlist strategy, and networking strategy
  • Support general exploration for clients still narrowing down their program or path
  • Set own hours and rates, host sessions virtually
  • Partner with the team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with the MBA admissions process
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience
  • Been accepted into a high-ranking MBA program
  • Clear, structured approach to helping clients present their strongest candidacy
