About the role

Experienced pageant coach to prepare contestants for local, state, or national competitions including interview prep, public speaking, stage presence, walk technique, talent development, wardrobe and styling, platform development, and confidence building. Flexible hours and remote sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Work with contestants preparing to compete at local, state, or national level
  • Conduct interview prep and public speaking coaching to improve clarity and confidence
  • Provide guidance on stage presence and walk technique
  • Support talent development, wardrobe and styling, and platform development
  • Help contestants build a compelling personal cause or message
  • Focus on confidence-building to help performance under pressure
  • Set own hours and rates; host sessions virtually
  • Partner with team to deliver high-quality, supportive experiences for contestants

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidates have firsthand pageant competition or coaching experience
  • Prior experience serving as a pageant judge
  • Clear, structured approach to helping contestants prepare for every phase of competition
