About the role

Experienced IT management coach to guide professionals in IT leadership, including IT strategy, governance, infrastructure management, project management, security, and career development.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on IT strategy, IT governance, IT infrastructure management, IT project management, and IT security.
  • Assist clients with career development activities: resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, networking strategy, promotion strategy, salary negotiation, freelancing, and ongoing skill building.
  • Host sessions virtually and tailor coaching to individual client needs.
  • Set own hours and rates and collaborate with the Leland team to deliver quality coaching experiences.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on IT management or leadership experience.
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
  • Clear, structured approach to helping clients grow technically and professionally.
