About the role

Experienced PA school admissions coach helping students with school selection, application strategy, essays, letters of recommendation, specializations, resume editing, interview prep, clinical rotations guidance, licensing, PANCE prep, and financial aid navigation. Remote contract role with flexible hours and virtual sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Guide students through PA school selection and application strategy
  • Edit essays and secondary applications
  • Coordinate letters of recommendation
  • Help students choose a specialization aligned with clinical interests and career goals
  • Support resume editing, interview prep, and guidance on clinical rotations, licensing, and PANCE exam preparation
  • Provide guidance on financial aid and scholarships to fund education
  • Set own hours and rates; host sessions virtually; collaborate with team to deliver high-quality support to every student

Qualifications

  • firsthand experience with the PA school admissions process
  • prior advising or coaching experience
  • clear, structured approach to helping students present their strongest possible application
